Amendments to Register of Occupational Pension Schemes
It is essential that accurate and up-to-date information is held in respect of schemes on the Boards register. This information is required by the Board for:
- contacting relevant interested parties
- monitoring compliance with the Pensions Act requirements
- carrying out investigations into the state and conduct of schemes
- arranging for payment of fees to The Pensions Board
- providing a tracing facility for early leavers with an entitlement to preserved benefit.
The Pensions Board no longer accepts manual scheme amendments by PB3 form after Monday 28 March 2011. The facility to make such amendments is available through the “Submission” tab on the “Dashboard” in the Interactive Scheme Information System (ISIS).
