Welcome to the Pensions Board

The Pensions Board is a statutory body set up under the Pensions Act, 1990.

The Pensions Board regulate occupational pension schemes, trust RACs and Personal Retirement Savings Accounts in Ireland as part of our statutory role to monitor and supervise the operation of the Pensions Act. The Board also advises the Minister for Social and Family Affairs on pension matters generally.
